Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, contact us, purchase a concierge tier, or send a request in the app. This can include your name, email address, trip dates, payment status, chat messages, booking preferences, and details needed to coordinate Venice services.

We may also receive technical information such as device, browser, session, and usage data so we can keep the service secure, reliable, and easy to use.

How we use information

We use your information to provide concierge access, respond to requests, coordinate bookings, send service updates, process payments, prevent misuse, and improve the app experience.

When a request requires a vendor, we share only the information reasonably needed to arrange that service, such as booking names, times, guest counts, accessibility needs, or contact details.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment and fraud-prevention data according to its own privacy terms.

Cookies and authentication

We use cookies and authentication tokens to keep you signed in, protect member and staff areas, and maintain your app session. Some cookies are required for the service to work correctly.

Retention

We keep account, trip, request, and booking information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate operational records.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, tax, or operational reasons.
