Every booking lands on your calendar with location, timing, and a direct line to us if anything shifts mid-trip. No queues. No missed reservations.
1. Pick a tier and tell us your trip dates
Choose Signature, Premium, or VIP from the pricing page. Checkout takes three fields — your arrival and departure dates plus your card — and about 45 seconds. Once paid, you're a member for the length of your trip plus 30 grace days.
2. Open the member chat
Your concierge lands in the same thread, with your first request seeded (or a blank canvas if you haven't picked anything yet). Everything you ask lives here: confirmations, questions, gentle nudges when something needs your input.
3. Browse the catalogue — or just ask
Signature covers up to 7 Venice bookings across restaurants, transfers, tours, tickets, and events. Premium removes the Venice booking cap, adds photographer bookings, custom Venice requests, and up to 25% off tours, tickets, and events. VIP adds flights, hotels, and outside-Venice planning.
4. We confirm + collect payment in-chat
When your concierge locks in a booking, you'll see a system message ('✅ Gondola confirmed for Fri 18:00'). Services other than restaurants get a secure Stripe payment link right in the thread. Restaurants you pay at the table — we just get you in.
5. Your calendar stays in sync
Every confirmed booking lands on your My Calendar view, pending ones stay styled as 'awaiting confirmation.' Location, time, vendor contact (if confirmed), and a link straight back to the thread live on each card.
6. After your trip: 30 days to tie up loose ends
Photographer delivery, final receipts, and any VIP flight, hotel, or outside-Venice follow-up stay in the same thread. Your access stays live for 30 days past departure. When you come back next year, buy again.
