We confirm + collect payment in-chat
When your concierge locks in a booking, you'll see a system message ("Gondola confirmed for Fri 18:00"). Services other than restaurants get a secure Stripe payment link right in the thread. Restaurants you pay at the table — we just get you in.
Your calendar stays in sync
Every confirmed booking lands on your My Calendar view, pending ones stay styled as "awaiting confirmation." Location, time, vendor contact, and a link straight back to the thread live on each card.
After your trip: 30 days to tie up loose ends
Photographer delivery, final receipts, and any VIP flight, hotel, or outside-Venice follow-up stay in the same thread. Your access stays live for 30 days past departure. When you come back next year, buy again.

What do I actually get when I buy a tier?+
Every tier includes in-app chat with a real concierge, a unified calendar of confirmed bookings, and email updates. Signature covers up to 7 Venice bookings across restaurants, transfers, tours, tickets, and events. Premium removes the cap and adds photographer bookings, custom Venice requests, and up to 25% off tours, tickets, and events. VIP adds full trip booking, flights, hotels, and outside-Venice logistics.
Is this a subscription?+
No. You pay once per trip. Access expires 30 days after your departure date. Next trip, next payment.
How fast will I get a reply?+
Most requests are dealt with within the hour.
Pricing & payments
Do I pay extra for the services you book?+
Restaurants you pay directly at the venue — we only coordinate the booking. Everything else (transfers, tours, tickets, events, photographer) is paid through a secure Stripe link in chat; we settle with the vendor. Premium and VIP members can receive up to 25% off eligible tours, tickets, and events.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my trip?+
Full refunds up to 7 days before arrival. Between 7 days and arrival, contact your concierge — we'll handle on a case-by-case basis depending on what's already been paid out. After arrival, tier fees are non-refundable.
Venice specifics
Do you only cover Venice?+
Signature and Premium are Venice-only — the island and the mainland logistics around it. VIP can include outside-Venice planning, including Verona, the Dolomites, wider Veneto, and onward Italy logistics.
What about restaurants that claim to be fully booked?+
Most "fully booked" in Venice is partially a negotiation. Our team has direct relationships with Da Fiore, Quadri upstairs, Osteria alle Testiere, Harry's Bar, and many others. We can't guarantee any specific night — but we get further than Resy can.
Can you book water taxis during Acqua Alta?+
Yes, with caveats. When the lagoon floods, some routes close and prices surge. Your concierge will advise realistic alternatives (raised walkways + vaporetto, hotel shuttle, delayed pickup) instead of quietly failing.
