Every suggestion felt made for us
We mentioned on our first evening that we love small, unfussy places where Venetians actually eat, and Marco kept that in mind for the rest of the trip. Not one tourist menu all week, and the tiny bacaro in Cannaregio we were sent to on night two was the best meal of the trip.
For once, I wasn’t the one with all the answers
I’m always the planner, and I usually arrive worn out from the research. This time I just asked Marco as we went: which vaporetto, whether the Doge’s Palace was worth the queue, where to get a proper coffee near San Marco without paying €8. Every answer was quick, considered and spot on. I finally enjoyed a trip instead of running it.
A five-star concierge, without the five-star hotel
We rented a small apartment, so we didn’t expect to be looked after. Marco gave us the kind of advice you’d get from the best hotel desk in town: reach Burano before the tour boats, stand at the bar for cicchetti, skip the San Marco gondolas and cross the Grand Canal on a traghetto for a couple of euros. Small touches that changed the whole trip.
Three generations, all looked after
Five of us, three generations, and everyone with opinions. Marco found routes with fewer bridges for my parents and a cicchetti crawl for my sister, and every idea went into one plan we could all add to. No endless group chat, and nobody felt left out.
The night desk my apartment didn’t have
My train from Florence ran two hours late and I reached Santa Lucia close to midnight with no idea how to find my place in Castello. Within minutes Marco had sent me the vaporetto line, the stop and which way to walk from there. Calm, clear and exactly what I needed.
Unflappable when the water came up
The acqua alta sirens went off on our second morning and we had no idea what they meant. Marco explained that San Marco would be flooded for a few hours, rerouted our morning through Dorsoduro and pointed us to a café for breakfast while the tide went down. What could have been stressful became one of our favourite stories.

What can the concierge assistant help with?
Your concierge assistant is available 24/7 to help you explore Venice, compare options and find provider or information links. Our support team handles account, payment and technical questions.
Does the concierge assistant book things for me?
You make reservations, pay, change and cancel bookings directly with providers. The concierge assistant helps you explore your options and find the right next step. Saving something to your trip plan does not reserve it.
When does access start and end?
Access begins when your payment is confirmed and continues through your departure day, using Venice time. You can purchase up to 90 days before arrival for a stay of 1–14 nights. Your conversation and plan remain readable after the trip ends.
Can my friends or family use the same pass?
Yes. The purchaser can invite up to four companions. Everyone uses their own account and shares the same chat and trip plan. All accepted participants can save and edit ideas; the purchaser manages invitations and billing.
Is it a subscription? Are activities included?
There is one payment and no automatic renewal. Transport, meals, tickets, tours and other activities are separate purchases, made directly with the provider.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Trip pass purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or to correct payment errors. Bookings with providers follow their own terms and cancellation policies.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Use the website on your phone or desktop to ask questions, explore recommendations and keep the shared trip plan close to hand. No app download is needed.
