Refunds & cancellations

Trip passes are non-refundable once paid.

Your trip pass

Your pass is non-refundable once payment is confirmed. That includes cancelling or shortening your trip, or not using the concierge. Access starts the moment your payment is confirmed. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.

Payment errors

If you're charged twice or by mistake, we return the extra payment to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Bookings with providers

Tours, restaurants, transfers and other bookings are made directly with each provider and follow their own terms and cancellation policies. We're not part of those bookings and can't refund them.
