How refunds work for your concierge membership and the activities we book on your behalf.

VeniceXplorer Concierge membership

Once your purchase has concluded, your concierge tier fee is non-refundable. The fee secures your concierge access for the duration of your trip plus 30 days of post-departure follow-up — that work begins the moment you become a member.

Individual activities booked through us

Each activity (water taxis, restaurants, tours, opera tickets, photographer sessions, hotels, flights) is governed by the individual vendor's cancellation policy. Refund eligibility, cut-off windows, and amounts are determined by that vendor — not by us. Your concierge will surface the cancellation policy at the time of booking and can help you cancel within the vendor's window if your plans change.
